Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UrbanPeakGlobal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Description of Service

UrbanPeakGlobal is a free social entertainment gaming platform. All games are provided for amusement purposes only. The Platform uses virtual coins that hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services.

The Platform does not constitute gambling in any form. No real money can be wagered, and no prizes of monetary value are awarded.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who does not meet the minimum age requirement.

Virtual Coins

Virtual coins used on the Platform:

• Have no monetary value whatsoever
• Cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged
• Are provided free of charge and replenish automatically
• Are non-transferable between users
• Do not represent any form of credit, currency, or stored value

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Use automated tools to access the Platform (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Misrepresent your age or identity

Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, code, and original content are the property of XCOMPANY. Games displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective rights holders and are used in free play mode. We do not claim ownership of third-party game content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCOMPANY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Since the Platform is free and involves no financial transactions, your exposure to loss is limited.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular zákon č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník (Czech Civil Code). Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
